• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, BP, SpO2)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in restorative care and rehabilitation programs

About the Role:

As a LPN/RN Contract Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide assistance with daily living activities, and conduct vital sign assessments. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing top-notch care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with input from residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in restorative care and rehabilitation programs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in long-term care or similar setting
