Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care, support residents’ health, safety, and dignity, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Missouri.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• New graduate LPNs may be considered based on community needs and requirements.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, medication administration, treatments, infection prevention, and resident-care practices.
• Wound-care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team.

The LPN provides direct nursing care and clinical support while helping promote the health, safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being of our residents. Working alongside RNs, CNAs, CMTs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN plays an important role in medication administration, treatments, resident monitoring, documentation, and care coordination.

We’re looking for an LPN who combines strong nursing skills with a genuine desire to build relationships and make a difference in the lives of older adults.

What We’re Looking For
