Qualifications

• RN license and active credentials in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on in-home nursing care to clients.

• Medication box setup and refill visits.
• Catheterizations and PIV/PICC dressing changes.
• Blood draws and related documentation.
• Assessments, supervisory visits, and employee evaluations as needed.

As a PRN Nurse, you’ll provide vital in-home, hands‑on nursing care to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of comfort and treatment in their own homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands‑on care for clients, including:
• Wound Care
• Medication Administration
• Medication Box Setup and Refill Visits

• Potential additional tasks may include:
• Assessments, Supervisory Visits, and Employee Evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

• Required:
• RN
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• PC literacy for documentation and reporting
• Preferred:
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Comfortable working with client families, physicians, attorneys, etc.
