Crossroads Treatment Centers in LaGrange, GA is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our outpatient addiction medicine team. You will follow providers' orders, administer medications, perform phlebotomy, and support coordinated patient care in a compassionate, evidence-based MAT program.

The ideal candidate has a GA nursing license, 3+ years of nursing experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN or RN license in good standing
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Strong phlebotomy skills; ability to draw blood from collapsed veins is a plus
• Active CPR/BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and administer medications per medical provider orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home MAT medications at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including assessments and conditions.
• Participate in nursing and cross-treatment meetings and team communications.
