Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a licensed practical or registered nurse to support outpatient MAT services in Olanta, SC. The role focuses on accurate medication administration, patient care, and collaborative coordination with clinical teams.

The ideal candidate will have an LPN/RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and 3+ years of nursing experience with phlebotomy skills considered a plus. This position follows a 4:30am–12:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License in the practicing state.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills a plus.
• Active CPR/BLS certification preferred.

• Identify patients and administer medication per providers' orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and assess for impairment.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate daily and compliant with policies.
• Follow compliance policies around documentation and record-keeping.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross-treatment meetings.
• Provide empathy and support to patients.
