Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) for outpatient MAT care. You will identify patients, dispense medications, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure continuous, high-quality care.

Requirements include an active state license and CPR/BLS; 3+ years of nursing experience are preferred. The role offers a consistent early schedule and opportunities to save lives through patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state where practicing.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; drawing blood from collapsed veins is a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per medical orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and assess for impairment.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate daily.
• Follow compliance policies around documentation and expectations.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross-treatment meetings.
• Connect with patients, offering empathy and listening to those in need.
