Job summary

Spring Hill Recovery Center, part of Northeast Recovery, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts in Ashby, MA. The role involves bedside care, medication preparation, and EMR documentation within a residential program.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support a structured recovery plan, using CPR/First Aid and Narcan protocols. LPN license and experience with SUD patients are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Knowledge of addiction and the 12-Step Recovery Program.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures (First Aid, CPR and Narcan).
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws regulating treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction.
• Current Massachusetts LPN License and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to clients enrolled in our residential treatment program.
• Prepares and monitors medications and treatments.
• Documents medications and dosage in KIPU EMR.
• Observes and evaluates physical and emotional status; takes timely action.
• Coordinates nursing care with Medical and Clinical teams.
• Contributes to the client recovery plan with ongoing assessment.
