Job summary

Northeast Recovery is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Spring Hill Recovery Center in Ashby, Massachusetts. The LPN will provide nursing care to clients in accordance with individualized care plans under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor.

Responsibilities include observing clients, preparing and monitoring medications in the EMR system, coordinating with the medical team, and supporting treatment plans for clients in our outpatient program.

Qualifications

• LPN with current Massachusetts license required.
• 1+ year of staff nurse experience; SUD experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; knowledge of overdose procedures (Narcan).
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/move during shift.

Responsibilities

• Observes and evaluates clients' physical and emotional status and takes action when needed.
• Prepares and monitors medications and treatments in EMR system.
• Documents required information, including medications and dosage, in EMR.
• Collaborates with MD and clinical team on individualized treatment plans.
