Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing.
• Current License as a Practical Nurse for the state of Iowa.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality direct routine care to residents under RN supervision.
• Participate in development of the resident Plan of Care.
• Monitor and report resident health data changes to the RN.
