Casper Mountain Rehab in Wyoming is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident health. You will collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a current, active Wyoming LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care across diverse clinical conditions.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making in changing clinical situations.
• Effective communication with residents, families and health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing services per care plans, directives, and protocols.
• Evaluate resident status, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications and interventions.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and outcomes.
• Educate residents and families about treatment plans and health management.
• Lead and supervise CNAs and support staff to deliver safe care.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR in a timely manner.
• Support infection prevention, quality improvement, and resident safety initiatives.
• Identify and respond to urgent situations following clinical procedures.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulations.
