Job summary

Absaroka Senior Living Center in Cody, Wyoming seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, and supervise CNAs within a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current, active Wyoming LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification per facility policy
• Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans and orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely within scope of practice
• Supervise, delegate to, and support CNAs and other nursing staff
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
• Conduct rounds to monitor care delivery and resident safety
