Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by Wyoming required.
• BLS certification from the AHA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes promptly.
• Perform skilled nursing services including wound care and dressing changes.
• Complete all required documentation and charting.
• Implement individualized resident care plans respecting dignity and rights.
• Observe residents closely and report significant changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
