Cedar River Healthcare Center is seeking a Resident Care Manager (LPN) to join our nursing leadership team. You will oversee resident care on your unit, guide nursing staff, and collaborate with the DNS and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day resident care, supervising nurses and CNAs, completing and reviewing assessments and care plans, and communicating with residents, families, and physicians while maintaining state

Qualificações

• Current LPN license (required).
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day resident care.
• Supervise and support nurses and CNAs.
• Complete and review assessments, care plans, and documentation within your scope.
• Communicate with residents, families, and physicians.
• Help keep the unit in line with state and federal regulations.
