Job summary

Cedar River Healthcare Center is seeking a Resident Care Manager (LPN) to join our nursing leadership team. In this role, you'll oversee resident care on your unit, support and guide nursing staff, and collaborate with the DNS and interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license, has experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, and demonstrates leadership.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day resident care.

Pay: $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience
