Job summary

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure resident-centered care. This full-time role offers a salary range of 79K–125K and opportunities to influence clinical leadership and quality outcomes.

You will oversee resident care, mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help shape policies and procedures that support safe, compassionate care in a sub-acute and long-term setting.

Qualifications

• Current MA license to practice as an LPN or RN (unencumbered).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting with communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
