Elite Standard Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s skilled nursing team in Missouri. You’ll provide resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitoring residents and promptly reporting changes in condition.
• Documenting care accurately and timely.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs as appropriate.
• Following infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Helping create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
