Northbrook Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brooksville, FL, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, hourly pay. You will join a compassionate team delivering resident care under state rules and center policies, with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

The position requires Florida LPN license and CPR certification, plus prior nursing experience. AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required for this role to ensure compliance and resident protection.

Competenze

• LPN license in the State of Florida (or multistate license).
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Infection control and center policies execution.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Report abnormal changes in residents’ condition promptly.
• Deliver nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative residents.
• Document data and observations for care planning.
• Direct and supervise care by others as permitted.
• Maintain documentation and equipment knowledge.
