Northbrook Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time, hourly position at our Brooksville location. You will provide skilled nursing care, coordinate admissions and transfers, and work with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

This role requires state-licensed LPN and CPR certification, with prior nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN license required (State or Multistate).
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition.
• Deliver nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative care residents.
• Collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information.
• Implement and evaluate the patient plan of care as per regulations.
• Supervise care by other nursing staff when directed.
