LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Missouri seeks a Regional Resource Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults and seniors. The LPN will float between community hospital facilities and provide support across Med/Surg, ED, ICU, and other units.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with diverse healthcare teams, adapting to different clinical settings, and ensuring regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
• Valid LPN license in state of practice
• 1-2 years bedside LPN experience
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable

The Regional Resource LPN will float between multiple community hospital facilities, providing flexible support across various units such as Med/Surg, Emergency Department, ICU, and more.

Qualifications & Skills:

• – Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• – Valid LPN license in the state of practice
• – Minimum of 1-2 years recent bedside LPN experience, depending on specialty
• – Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable
• – Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients up to 50 pounds
