Aura Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practice Nurse to serve in a Regional Float Pool across multiple hospital facilities. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care across units such as Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency.
Responsibilities include clinical assessment, collaboration with diverse teams, and adapting to varied clinical settings. LPN license in state of practice and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS and IV certification may be needed for some units.
The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) provides individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to nursing standards.
The Regional Float Pool LPN will float between multiple hospital facilities, working across diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more. Key duties include clinical assessment, communication, and adapting to various clinical environments.
