Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an LPN to oversee and maintain a wound care program and an infection control plan, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care and safety. You will work with a team that values reliability and mutual support.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN or LPN license.
• Five years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs.
• Ability to work well with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress.

QA Nurse LPN Qualifications:
