Job summary

Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, VA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct care to residents as part of a compassionate care team. You will work within a supportive environment that values professionalism, growth, and belonging.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Virginia LPN license, with long-term care experience preferred. You will contribute to high-quality nursing practices while following applicable laws and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
