Heritage Hall in Blacksburg, VA is seeking an LPN to oversee and maintain a wound care program and infection control plan for our residents. Join a small, close-knit team where trust and collaboration are valued and no one works alone.

The role requires an active Virginia LPN/RN license with supervisory experience and LTC knowledge. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Must have an active Virginia license (LPN/RN).
• Five (5) years supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws/regulations governing nursing in long-term care facilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs.
• Ability to work well with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress.

Job Details

Job Location: Blacksburg, VA 24060, Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.32 Hourly.

QA Nurse LPN Qualifications

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
