Job summary

Heritage Hall is looking for a licensed practical nurse to join our close-knit team in Virginia. As an LPN, you will provide direct resident care, collaborate with a supportive team, and play a key role in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care as part of a tightly-knit team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
