Job summary

Vierra Communities, now part of St Elizabeth Rehab & Nursing, seeks LPNs to join a supportive, growth-minded team. This PRN/PT role offers shifts from 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am, with non-exempt status and a focus on compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active/unrestricted LPN license.
• Active CPR/BLS.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate residents' health and wellness needs.
• Collaborate with family and physicians to address residents' needs.
