Job summary

Vierra Falls Church, part of Vierra Communities, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate team in a skilled nursing setting. Multiple shift options (7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am) provide flexibility for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Non-exempt, shift differentials on weekends are noted.

Qualifications

• Directs the daily activities of licensed nursing personnel and CNAs per regulations and policies.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Transcribes physician orders and administers medications as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor residents’ status.
• Administer medications and observe for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Lead nursing staff and participate in care planning.
