Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN position at our Clinic in Washington. Compensation ranges from $35.10 to $39 per hour, with a strong emphasis on compassionate patient care in an underserved population.

The role involves working under RN supervision in assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training. A clinic background and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social needs and contributes to treatment planning.
• Administers medications and performs IV therapy and diagnostic tests as directed.
• Participates in controlled substance counts and responds to codes or emergencies as needed.
• Documents nursing encounters using SOAP notes and communicates with staff and physicians.
• Attends mandatory meetings and training to maintain high-quality patient care.
