Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN night shifts in Yakima, WA. The LPN will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by assessing patients under the supervision of RNs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare practitioners.

Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the beginning of each shift.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, document nursing encounters.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
