Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions; contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy if certified, and perform diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Assist in controlled substance counts and respond to codes or health emergencies.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures; implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans; document nursing encounters.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality patient care.
