Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is seeking PRN and FT LPNs to care for residents in a skilled nursing setting in Boulder, CO. Shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with options for 8-hour and 12-hour coverage.

This is a compassionate role in a team-focused environment that emphasizes patient relationships and high-quality care. Qualified candidates hold a Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, pass background checks, and have SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in SNF/LTC is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
