Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Wilmington, NC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care on each assignment, following prescribed orders and the nursing process.

You will assess patient needs, document data, collaborate with the health care team, and ensure safe, compassionate care while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license currently active in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services as prescribed.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
