Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes in Greeneville. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a sign-on bonus opportunity.

You will provide skilled nursing care under prescribed orders and collaborate with the care team to support patient health at home. Ideal candidates are currently licensed LPNs/LVNs, with TB or chest X-ray on file and an active BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN currently in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
