Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 patient care in patients' homes within an assigned service area. You will monitor patient conditions, administer therapies, and document care while communicating with the healthcare team.

Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, supported by ongoing clinical and office staff. Travel between cases may be required, with orientation and onboarding provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
