Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed practical nurses to provide direct patient care in home settings around Lexington, KY. Work is 1:1 with patients, flexible scheduling, and a range of shift options including day, evening, and overnight.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with strong support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
