Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in and around Bellville, Ohio. This position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits.

Nurses assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered care in the home setting, following prescribed orders and nursing process. The role requires an Ohio LPN license, current TB/Chest X-ray, and Hands-On BLS.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Ohio.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current Hands-On BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
