Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to provide home-based nursing care to a patient in Rutherfordton, NC. The role offers competitive pay and weekly paychecks, plus a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k).

Shifts are M-F 7a-3p with ongoing nursing responsibilities and adherence to prescribed orders. Current LPN license in the practice state and BLS/ TB screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services on each assignment as prescribed.
• Assess signs and symptoms and note physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
