Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty nursing in patients' homes in Kentucky. The role emphasizes autonomy, compassionate care, and collaboration with a clinical manager to deliver high-quality home health services.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, educating patients and families, and managing devices and medications. New graduates are welcome, with a Novice Nurse Program and hands-on training available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Experience in home health care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to educate patients and families on care and medications.

Hourly Salary: $25 - $30

In this role, under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomy, g‑tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to accommodate our patient's needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special request of their families.
