ScionHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will assess and document patient status, support pain management, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective treatment plans. BLS is required; IV therapy and ACLS may be preferred in some areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License required.
• BLS Certification required; IV Therapy and ACLS may be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with patients and families with respect and dignity.
• Assess and document patient status and pain levels.
• Support pain management and patient education.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with policies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to adjust care plans.
• Follow sterile techniques and infection control procedures.
