ScionHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. You will assess and address patients’ needs, document findings, and participate in pain management and care planning.

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to safety standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Current LVN/LPN license.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Identify and address psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and staff to ensure quality care and service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and evaluations.
