LPN (Pre Operative) Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Details

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Shift: Weekends

Base Rate: $30.13/hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights

Responsibilities

• Collect and document health information from new residents.
• Record vital signs, temperature, and other health details.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake/output.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
