St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Compensation
Base rate is $38.00-$42.00 per hour (10% differential for 3-11 & 11-7 shifts).
Now offering a $5,000 Sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Valid NY State LPN license in good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work as a team member.
