Job summary

Lexington Health in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced RN to lead the patient care plan in collaboration with the health care team. You will apply the nursing process to support patients and families; supervise assigned staff; and promote safety and continuity of care.

Minimum qualifications include a BSN, 2 years of specialty experience, and an active SC RN license. The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in SC
• 2 years of experience in specialty areas within past 5 years
• RN licensure in South Carolina and specialty certification or plan to obtain within 6 months
• Annual safety training and required CE hours (≥20 annually)
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care using the nursing process to meet patient/family needs.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate care and supervise assigned staff.
• Promote safety and support patient/family transitions.
• Provide health teaching and clinical guidance to staff.
• Seek opportunities to teach, mentor, and improve practice through protocols.
