Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent including recognized nursing program.
• Licensed or certified as LPN/LVN in the state of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, education, self-exclusion, medical history, and SPE review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
