Job summary

CSL Plasma in Olympia, WA is hiring to evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis and to provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff. The role requires healthcare licensure/certification, CPR, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Pay ranges vary by role (AEMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN) and are listed per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care environment.
• Ability to perform physical assessment of heart and lungs.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff per licensure.
• Interview donors and review medical history for donation suitability.
• Assist Center Medical Director with donor questions and medical information.
• Review test results to assess continued donor suitability.
• Advise donors on reactive test results and refer to counseling resources.
• Provide routine care following SOPs and escalate critical cases to physicians.
