Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Prior long-term care or personal care experience preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Supports Residents with ADLs and daily activities.
• Monitors Resident condition and communicates changes to the team.
• Documents care and maintains medication records.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and WVC policies.
