- Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift.
- Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
- Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan.
- Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards.
- Collects samples from residents for testing.
- Assists Residents at meal times.
- Records food and fluid intake/output.
- Assists in Resident care and ADLs.
- Responds to Resident call bells promptly.

Competitive Pay:
Full-Time & Part-Time: $28.00–$34.00/hour based on experience
PRN: $31.00/hour

- Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift in skilled care.
- Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates Care Plan as needed
- Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol
- Collects samples such as urine, blood and sputum from residents for testing and performs routine laboratory tests on samples.
- Assists Residents at meal times and monitors dining room process.
- Records food and fluid intake and output.
- Assists in Resident care, including bathing, toileting, and otherADL's.
- Responds to Resident call bells in a timely manner.
- Active PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
- Hours: 8–40 hours per week
- Shifts: Day, evening, and night shifts available
- Includes every other weekend and holiday
- PRN opportunities available
- Location: WVC campuses in Lancaster and Willow Street, PA
