Qualifications

• Active PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift.
• Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan.
• Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards.
• Collects samples from residents for testing.
• Assists Residents at meal times.
• Records food and fluid intake/output.
• Assists in Resident care and ADLs.
• Responds to Resident call bells promptly.
