Gurwin Jewish : Fay J. Lindner Residences is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team on a per diem basis, working every Friday and Saturday from 11pm-7:15am.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality geriatric care. Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New York.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong geriatric care knowledge and clinical skills.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a per diem basis, working every Friday and Saturday from 11pm-7:15am. As an LPN at Gurwin Jewish : Fay J. Lindner Residences, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while enjoying a unique and luxurious assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and quality care
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
