Job summary

Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences in Commack, NY seeks an LPN for a per diem shift every Friday and Saturday 11pm–7:15am.

Provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support a luxurious assisted living community. Collaborate with the care team to develop care plans, document records accurately, educate residents and families, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New York.
• Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a per diem basis, working every Friday and Saturday from 11pm-7:15am. As an LPN at Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while enjoying a unique and luxurious assisted living community.
