Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, KY is hiring an LPN/LVN to provide in-home nursing to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
